Internationally acclaimed and world renowned pianist John O’Conor will perform a charitable recital of piano music in Ballina on Friday, 9th June.

The event is part of Ballina’s 300th birthday, and it’s the Lions Club flagship event for 2023.

The concert will take place at Twin Trees Hotel at 7.30pm.  John O’Conor is considered the foremost interpreter of Beethoven living today. 

He is a personal friend to Ballina based Ruth Bourke, wife of Adrian P Bourke, and is doing the recital as a gift to Alzheimer’s Ireland, to a Mayo Association group that raises funds for cancer victims and their families, and for other Lion’s Club charities.
