Enoch Burke will be back in court today, this time for the full hearing in relation to his dispute with Wilson's Hospital School in Co Westmeath.

Earlier this month, he lost an appeal against court orders to stay away from the school where he used to teach German and History before his dismissal.

Over the next four days, this hearing will take a closer look at his suspension and the disciplinary process that led to him being dismissed.
