Tech firm Meta - which owns Facebook - is reportedly cutting thousands of jobs, for the second time in a matter of months.

It follows a turbulent year for the company, with boss Mark Zuckerberg spending billions on their Metaverse project.

In a post he said they are working to flatten the organisation structure and remove some layers of middle management to make decisions faster, as well as deploying AI tools to help engineers be more productive.
