We're being urged to use and to be proud of our national language during Seachtain na Gaeilge.
The celebration of Irish kickstarted on March 1st, and ends on St. Patrick's Day on the 17th.
41 percent of the population can speak "as Gaeilge", and it's one of the oldest languages in the world.
