The Government is tone deaf to regional disparities.
That's according to Sligo Leitrim TD Marian Harkin.
Latest figures from the Central Statistics Office show that the Northern and Western Region has the lowest disposable income per person in the country.
TD Marian Harkin has reiterated figures from the CSO that show disposable income (excluding rent) has gone up 19.3% in Dublin between 2010 and 2020.
In the same time period in Mayo and Roscommon, the figure rose by 5.4%.
Leitrim saw a negative return over the decade, dropping by 0.5%.
