New social housing has been announced for Charlestown and Kilkelly.
Local councillor John Caulfield has welcomed the announcement, which will see 9 social housing units across the region.
The split will see 4 in the Kilkelly area, with 5 at Mark Henry Lane in Charlestown.
Councillor Caulfield says that this is a kick start for more housing in the area.
