100 new jobs have been announced by Excel Recruitment.
The company has an office in Galway.
The firm is expanding island-wide, with the opening of a new office in Belfast.
Interviews are already underway for roles in the company's five offices, including Dublin, Naas, Cork and Galway.
The vacancies are scheduled to be filled over the next 12 months.
