There are calls for new legislation to allow farmers burn agricultural green waste during the burning season.
Tipperary TD Mattie McGrath says current regulations represent the Greens' influence gone 'pure loopers'.
The exemption to burn agricultural waste in limited circumstances is being extended until the 1st of March for the last time.
