Enoch Burke is still standing outside Wilson's Hospital School in Multyfarnham, County Westmeath, despite the prospect of facing a hefty fine.
The former teacher is continuing to disregard a court order for him to remain off the property, and was dropped to the school by his father just before quarter-to-9.
If the Castlebar native doesn't tell the court he'll purge his contempt by 2pm, he'll be fined 700 euro a day.
Solicitor Jason O'Sullivan says if he continues to keep showing up, fines like this will be issued for the next two weeks....
