Teacher Enoch Burke has attended the Wilson's Hospital School in County Westmeath today.
He was driven to the school this morning shortly after 8.30 and left a short time ago.
He had spent time in prison after breaching a court order to stay away from the facility,
The issue centres on a request to address a student using the pronoun 'they/them'.
