It's important that there is funding in place to upgrade our playgrounds in Mayo.

An additional level of funding was allocated for the upgrade of playgrounds at this years Budget meeting of Mayo County Council.
Cathaoirleach Weir says it's vital that playgrounds are kept open so younger children have somewhere they can play.
