The Taoiseach says Twitter will be held to Ireland's employment laws, as yet another industrial relations issue arises.

Thousands of employees have reportedly quit, after they were asked to agree to work long hours at high intensity or leave.

Offices around the world, including its Dublin base, remain closed this afternoon.
