The Dublin Airport Authority says it had one of its best bank holiday weekends ever. Over 400,000 passengers passed through the Airport amid concerns that long queues could cause delays.

Check-in times were reduced to just 25 minutes during certain periods between Friday and Monday.

DAA spokesperson Graeme McQueen says the hiring in of more staff in the coming weeks will reduce delays even further..
