A man has been released without charge following a drugs seizure in Clifden on Thursday.
The discovery was made when Gardaí stopped a car while on active patrol.
Cocaine with an estimated street value of €3000 (subject to analysis) was seized, along with €1500 in cash.
One man, in his early 20s, was arrested and taken to Clifden Station.
He has since been released without charge pending further enquiries.
The investigation is ongoing.
