Two people were taken to hospital following a three-vehicle collision on the N60 near Claremorris this afternoon.
The crash occurred along the stretch of road between the town and Facefield near Garrywadreen shortly before 12:30pm.
Two people were taken to hospital with what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
Gardaí remained at the scene of the collision throughout the afternoon.
The road reopened to traffic at around 4:45pm.
