Visiting restrictions have been eased at Sligo University Hospital from today, (Mon, May 16th) following a review of visiting times.
Visitors now, do not need to make an appointment. Visiting hours are between 6pm and 8pm, with one visit per patient.
Up to two people can attend during the visit.
Visits outside 6-8pm can be facilitated for End of Life care or on compassionate grounds via prior arrangement with the ward manager.
All visitors will be required to wear a surgical mask and adhere to hand hygiene standards during their visit.
The public is asked not to visit if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with anyone with the virus or are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test.
