A Group of 13 from the Erris region will begin a 600 kilometre cycle tomorrow in a bid to raise funds for the Ballyglass RNLI.
Waves2Wheels was the brainchild of Belmullet Cycling Club in 2019 but as a result of the pandemic were unable to a challenge like this again until now.
The first leg is from Malin to Enniskillen tomorrow with the final leg from Mallow to Mizen on Sunday.
Michael Cosgrove is the PRO with Ballyglass RNLI and says this event is a huge benefit to their organisation as the running costs have dramatically increased in recent months.
