The funeral will take place tomorrow of the Sligo man who died following an assault last week.
39-year old Russell Forde from Yeats Drive, Cranmore was found with head injuries at Rockwood Parade in Sligo on Tuesday evening last.
He was rushed to Sligo University Hospital and subsequently transferred to the Beaumont Hospital in Dublin for treatment, where he later died from his injuries.
Russell is survived by his mother Eileen, four brothers and extended family.
His remains will repose at the Foley and McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo tomorrow from 12 noon, with a celebration of life at 1.30, with burial afterwards in Sligo Cemetery.
