A major investment has been announced today for Ireland West Airport Knock under the Regional Airports Programme.
Over 4.7 million euro is being invested in boosting the safety, security and sustainability systems at the airport.
Its forms part of a 16 million euro investment by Government across a number of airports, including Donegal, Kerry, Shannon and Cork.
