A number of Galway singers will receive awards at the Gradam Ceoil TG4 2022 event this weekend.
The live concert and awards show - known as the Oscars of traditional music - will take place at the National Concert Hall in Dublin on Easter Sunday night at 9.30.
The Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to Dolores Keane from Caherlistrane.
Sarah Ghriallais, a sean-nós singer from the Connemara Gaeltacht, will be honoured with the Singer of the Year award.
Other awards will be presented to musicians Paddy Glackin and Diarmuid Ó' Meachair, the composer award goes to Connie O'Connell, Skara Brae win the music group award and the outstanding contribution award will go to Edwina Guckian.
The concert and awards ceremony will be broadcast live on TG4 at 9.30 Sunday evening.
