As celebrations continue across Galway following their win in the All-Ireland Senior Camogie final, communities are being urged not to lose sight of the ongoing battle against Covid-19.
The HSE is appealing for the public's support in keeping the virus under control.
Health officials are reminding supporters that socialising in large numbers will increase the risk of contracting Covid-19, and increased community transmission will put additional pressures on the hospital system.
Those celebrating the win are urged to avoid large gatherings, limit social contact to well-ventilated spaces, wear a mask and remember good hand hygiene.
While the vaccination programme has been very successful, the HSE is concerned with high community transmission rates, and says it's preparing for a very challenging Winter ahead.
