From today, buses and trains can operate at 100 percent capacity for the first time in almost 18 months.
The rise from 75 percent capacity had been expected early last month, but was delayed due to concerns over the Delta variant.
The increased capacity is needed with the reopening of schools and the planned return of office workers later this month.
From next Monday, theatres, music and live events can take place for vaccinated people at 60 percent capacity indoors and 75 percent capacity outdoors.
Weddings are still only allowed a maximum of 100 guests, but dancing is no longer banned.
Nightclubs won't reopen until October 22nd, but when they do it will be at full capacity.
