Organisers of the Reek Sunday pilgrimage are very happy with how this year's unique pilgrimage is going - now in its second week.
This year, rather than cancelling Reek Sunday, the Croagh Patrick Pilgrimage is being held from Wednesday to Saturday each week for the month of July.
This gives people an opportunity to take part in the pilgrimage, but spreading the numbers out across the month.
From today, Adoration and Confessions will also be available in the carpark at Murrisk Community Centre, for those unable to make the climb.
Fr Charlie McDonnell, Administrator of Westport Parish, told Midwest News this morning that the unique month-long pilgrimage on Croagh Patrick is going very well.....
