The disruption to services at Mayo University Hospital will continue this week, following the cyber attack on the HSE's IT systems ten days ago.
Services that have been cancelled include all outpatients clinics, diagnostics- including X-rays, CT and MRI scans and cardiac investigations, endoscopy services and non-urgent surgery.
For people concerned about their condition following the cancellation of appointments, the hospital has set up a helpline at 094 - 90 49310.
The hospital's Emergency Department is open for all emergencies, and those attending are still being urged to bring their existing patient number with them , or any letter they've received from the hospital, as it will make it easier to find their medical records.
Services going ahead at Mayo University Hospital include all maternity services - including ante-natal scanning and sections - while dialysis patients should also attend their appointments unless advised otherwise.
Similarly, patients undergoing chemotherapy should also attend their appointments, unless contacted and advised otherwise.
At Roscommon University Hospital diagnostics - including X-rays,CT and Ultrasound are cancelled.
Patients should phone the number on their appointment letter, or call the hospital on 090 66 26200 to discuss rescheduling their appointment.
