A woman whose sons were murdered by their father in Mayo says families are angry and frustrated about court orders preventing children who were victims of violent crimes from being named.
Kathleen Chada's 5 and 10 year old sons were found murdered in their father's car at Rosbeg in Westport on the 29th of July 2013.
Her former husband Sanjeev Chada, was sentenced to life imprisonment in 2014 after driving his sons across the country before murdering them at a secluded location in Mayo.
A ban on identifying murdered children was lifted yesterday, but due to court orders imposed on several court cases, many children still can't be named until these orders are challenged.
