315 people with Covid-19 are in Irish hospitals today - up 9 since yesterday morning - with 43 people being treated in ICU with the virus.
In this region, there are 9 patients with confirmed Covid-19 being treated at Mayo University Hospital, 13 at University Hospital Galway, 7 at Portiuncla in Ballinasloe and 2 confirmed cases at Sligo University Hospital.
It comes as the estimated national 14-day incidence rate has fallen by a quarter of its peak last month to 228 per 100,000 people.
Cavan, Meath & Westmeath have the highest rates, while Sligo, Galway and Roscommon all have incidence rates above the national average.
Mayo's 14-day rate is now at 214 per 100,000 people, and Leitrim has the lowest rate nationally at 84.
