A vigil will be held outside the courthouse in Castlebar tomorrow to highlight the limited access adoptees from Mother and Baby Homes have to their personal records.
Barnacarroll woman Martina Carney spent part of her childhood in St Patricks Mother and Baby Home, Co. Dublin and she is one of the organisers of tomorrow's event.
Demonstrations have been held across the country calling for the 30-year seal to be lifted on records relating to these institutions, with an online petition from Aitheantas amassing nearly 200,000 signatures.
Tomorrow's vigil will take place outside the courthouse in Castlebar from 3pm.
Martina Carney told Midwest News about how barriers to accessing parts of her records has affected her life.
