Gardaí attended the scene of an alleged assault at a fast food premises on in Galway at the weekend.
The incident happened in Oranmore at 11.50pm on Saturday night.
A man in his twenties was assaulted, but required no medical treatment at the time.
No arrests have been made and Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
