Covid-19 quarantine rules may be cut from 14 days to 10 after an examination by public health officials.

Currently, people who are diagnosed with the virus have to self isolate for two weeks from when symptoms first develop.

But according to the Irish Times, the National Public Health Emergency Team will discuss changing the rule from 14 days to 10 days based on international evidence.
