The ‘big picture’ of the Programme for Government is a job stimulus package to restart the economy in July, followed by an economic plan to bring the country out of the Covid-19 financial fallout.
That’s according to the Fianna Fail leader and prospective incoming-Taoiseach Micheal Martin.
The Fianna Fail leader says that three key themes of the document are housing, health and climate change.
Deputy Martin claims sections of the programme aiming to address this region include a focus on regional balanced development initiatives, the proposal of a REPS 2 scheme and a retrofitting scheme for homes.
