The owner of Aer Lingus and British Airways has apparently started legal proceedings claiming the British quarantine measures are 'unlawful'.

 

From tomorrow, people arriving in the UK will have to self-isolate for 14 days.

 

The same rule's in place here -- and Aer Lingus representatives want it dropped.

 

The Sunday Times claims to have seen a pre-action letter from the airlines' parent company IAG -- that marks the first stage in a judicial review in the UK.
