Mayo County Council will not be found wanting in their approach to dealing with the coronavirus.

That’s the strong message from the Cathaoirleach of Mayo County Council Brendan Mulroy, who said the local authority will provide every help they can to the people of the county.

Councillor Mulroy assured people that the county council would take the necessary steps to protect citizens and businesses during the emergency.

The Cathaoirleach told Midwest News that a package will be brought out from the local authority and the government to help businesses in the coming weeks.
