Storm Brendan has caused widespread travel disruption to air travel across the country.

Ireland West Airport Knock is open today but three morning flights from the UK have had to divert to Dublin due to the high winds.

This in turn has meant their outgoing departures flights from Knock to Standstead and Edinburgh are cancelled.

Aer Lingus has also cancelled their London Gatwick service to and from Knock this afternoon.

Coaches from Dublin airport to IWA from the diverted morning flights are expected to arrive from 13:30 for Standstead passengers and 16:30 for Edinburgh passenger.

Passengers should check with their airline to get updates on flights throughout the day.
