The High Court has granted Ryanair an injunction to stop this week's strikes by 180 Dublin-based pilots.
It means members of the Irish Airline Pilots Association won't be able to stage their planned walkout tomorrow and on Friday.
The order will remain in place until a full hearing on the matter goes ahead.
Ryanair says all flights scheduled to take off from Irish airports over the next 2 days will now operate as normal.
The airline has welcomed the High Court's ruling, and says it will come as a huge relief to thousands of Irish passengers.
Ryanair is calling on Forsa, and the 180 Irish based pilots it represents, to return to mediation talks in order to resolve the dispute over pay and working conditions.
