The Irish Heart Foundation is bringing its Mobile Health Unit to four locations in Mayo this week.
Nurses will be offering locals free blood pressure checks, heart health information and lifestyle advice in professional consultation rooms.
High blood pressure is a silent killer and the leading cause of stroke and heart attack.
The Mobile Health Unit will be in Ballina tomorrow from 11am until 5pm at St. Muredachs Cathedral.
On Wednesday the Unit will be at the Castlebar Library from 10am until 5pm.
The Unit will be at Eurospar Swinford on Thursday from 10am until 5pm and on Friday will be available at Eurospar Belmullet from 10am until 2pm.
