Paul and Gerry were back in the lab this week, paying homage to Gelati's Ice cream store (Enniscrone and Ballina), who hit the headlines recently when they perfected their Tomato Ketchup ice cream to pay tribute to Ed Sheeran while he was here on tour. Gerry decided that he would try his hand at making the dish and of course, he went a bit further still with a few recipes of his own. Watch back now but promise us, don't try these at home!! ???
