Judy Walsh née Derrig,

Galway City, Galway and formerly of Shrule, Co. Mayo - in the early hours of Tuesday, 17th December 2024 - Judy died with her dearly loved daughter Mary and family by her side.

Predeceased by her beloved husband John, parents Sonny and Mary Derrig, siblings Tony, Ann, Walter, Marian and Pat.

Deeply mourned by her daughter Mary, nephews and nieces Pearce and Davinia, Judy, Michael and his wife Marissa, grandnephews Shea, Michael, Gabriel and Cillian, sisters-in-law Terry and Charlotte, brothers-in-law Mick, Eddie and Pierce, relatives, lovely neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway (H91 V1K8) on Friday evening, December 20th 2024 from 4 o’clock with removal at 5.30 to St. Mary’s Church, Claddagh.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Judy on Saturday, December 22nd at 11.30

Following Mass, Judy will be laid to rest in Shrule Cemetery, Co. Mayo.

May she be reunited with all her loved ones.

May her kind and gentle soul rest in peace.
