Bridie Healy nee Murphy
"Milestone", Providence Road, Foxford, formerly of Healy’s Hotel, Pontoon and Powl, Kilmaine, Co. Mayo – peacefully aged 97 in the loving care of all at Blackrocks Nursing Home, Foxford,
Beloved wife of the late Tom, and predeceased by her sisters Mary, Gretta, Phil, Eileen, and Josie and her brother Paddy.
She is survived by her sister Ita (Chambers), daughters Mary, Éilis, and Fiona, sons Dermot and Padraig, grandchildren Pearse, Jane, Kate, and Tom, great-grandchildren Abbi, Faye, Amelia and Madalyn and by her daughters-in-law Carmel Horrigan and Ruth Healy, sons-in-law Henry Leperlier and Garrett Donnelly, sisters-in-law Ann and Marie, and her nieces, nephews, relatives, dear friends and neighbours.

Bridie will repose at Clarkes Funeral Home, Foxford (F26 TH27) on Wednesday 6th November from 5.30 with removal at 7.30 to St. Michael’s Church, Foxford.
Funeral Mass on Thursday 7th November at 11 o’clock followed by a Service of Committal at 4pm at Shannon Crematorium.
No flowers by request and house private please.

Her support and kindness to me personally when we bought Healy's Hotel was always hugely appreciated and remembered with great fondness of her, she was an iconic lady to everyone.

Bridie always made and decorated a beautiful Christmas cake every year for Hospice. It was a pleasure to meet her occasionally.
