30 Meadow Park, Westport Road, Castlebar and formerly of Rowan Drive, Castlebar – peacefully on 16th September 2024 - at the Mayo Hospice, surrounded by her loving family.
Dearly loved wife and soul mate of John; adored mother of Tara, Aoife and Shane; dearly loved daughter of Jack and Eileen (née Murray) Rowan Drive, Castlebar.
To the inexpressible grief of her husband, children, parents, parents-in-law Nina and John Tunney; brothers Declan, Martin and Alan; sisters Rosaleen and Marie; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, partners, nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, relatives and her special friends.
Requiescat in pace
Christina will repose at her home 30 Meadow Park, Westport Road, Castlebar F23FP65 on Thursday evening 19th September from 5 o’clock until 7.30.
Removal from her home on Friday morning and arriving at the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar at 11 o’clock for Funeral Mass at 11.30.
Afterwards Christina will be laid to rest in the New Cemetery, Newport Road, Castlebar.
The Funeral Mass will be live streamed on www.churchtv.ie/castlebar or can be listened to in Castlebar on the Castlebar Parish Radio 105.3 FM.
