Margaret Lydon, nee Whelan

Kingston upon Thames, Surrey and Shanvalleycahill, Tourmakeady, Co. Mayo.

Peacefully, surrounded by her family on July 14^th 2024.

Predeceased by her daughter Aimee and her parents William (formerly of Wexford) and Catherine (Kate Garry Lydon) of Killateeaun, Tourmakeady, Co. Mayo.

Margaret will be dearly missed by her loving family, her husband Peter, daughters Joanie and Miriam, son Michael, son in law Andrew, her adored grandchildren Grace, Maggie, Caitlin, Conor, Rory, Eoin, Michael and Jack, sisters in law Beatrice, Peggy, and Philomena, brothers in law Jimmy, Michael and Padraic, nieces, nephews relatives and her many friends.

May her soul rest in peace

Reposing at her residence at Maple End, Warren Park, Kingston, KT27HX on Monday evening July 22^nd from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Mass on Tuesday morning at 10:00 am at the Secret Heart Church, Edge Hill, Wimbledon, SW194LU.

Margaret will repose at Tourmakeady Community Centre (F12 C6F2) on Thursday evening July 25^th from 5:00 pm with removal at 7:00 pm to St. Mary’s Church, Tourmakeady. Funeral mass on Friday at 11:00 am with burial afterwards in Churchfield cemetery.

Margaret’s funeral mass can be viewed this Friday (July 26th) at 11:00 am on www.churchtv.ie/tourmakeady.

A memorial mass will be held at the Secret Heart Church, Edge Hill, Wimbledon, SW194LU in celebration of Margaret’s life on Saturday 12^th October at 6:30 pm.
