Eibhlin Thorpe-Smith née O’Donnell,
Bevere, Worcestershire, UK and formerly of Glencoe, Derreens, Achill Sound - peacefully after a short illness on the 18th June, 2024.
Predeceased by her parents Bridget and Patrick O'Donnell, brother Michael, sister Breege Rooney and all the deceased family.
Eibhlin will remembered fondly by her family and friends for her warmth, kindness and generosity.
She is survived by her husband Barry, children Melanie and Julian, sisters Maureen and Bernadette, brothers Patrick, Manus and Tony, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, her beloved nephews and nieces, relatives and a large circle of friends.
Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.
Requiem Mass will be held in St George's Church, Worcester in Worchestershire on Thursday, 4th July 2024 at 12 noon.
Remains will arrive at Ireland West Airport, Knock on Friday morning, 5th July 2024 at 8.30am.
Reposing at Lavelle's Funeral Home, Cashel, Achill on Friday evening from 5.30pm until 7.30pm with removal to Church of Sacred Heart, Derreens arriving at 8pm.
Funeral Mass on Sunday at 12 noon followed by burial in Glencoe Cemetery.
