Cambridge and Norfolk, UK, formerly of Mount Jubilee, Bangor Erris - at the University Hospital Galway - surrounded by his loving family on the 21st May.

Predeceased by his parents John and Mary Annie, parents-in-law Arthur and Olive Pankhurst, sister-in-law Kathleen Reilly and brother-in-law Ian.

Pat will be sadly missed by his loving wife Lyn his children Liam, Daniel and Erin, grandchildren Hattie and Isla, daughters-in-law Anne-Marie and Emily, son-in-law Matt, brothers Martin, Seamus and Sean, sister Bridie King, sisters-in-law Mary and Rosaleen, brother-in-law Richard, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends in UK and Ireland.

May Pat’s gentle soul rest in peace.

Funeral will be held at St. George's Catholic Church, Sprowston Road, Norwich NR34HZ on Thursday, June 20th at 11am followed by burial in St. Fabian's and Sebastian's Cemetery, Woodbastwick, Norwich, NR136HJ

Funeral Mass will be live-streamed on Daly Funeral Directors Facebook page.
