Marian Crescent, Ballina, Co. Mayo and formerly of Woodside, New York and Lenerevagh, Glenamoy, Co. Mayo. - peacefully at Mayo-Roscommon Hospice, Castlebar on the 31st March.
John predeceased by his parents Pat and Mary, sisters Bridie (McGarry), Nora (Davis), Nellie (O’Donnell), Mamie (Flannery), his brother Ferdinand, and his brother-in-law Eoin.
Beloved husband of Mary (neé O’Sullivan). John will be sadly missed by his loving wife Mary, sisters Anne Kenny (USA), Kathleen Devane (Ballindine) brother Paddy (Bangor Erris), sisters-in-law Mary (Bangor-Erris), Betty Doyle (Kenmare), brothers-in-law Michael (Cork), Noel (Kenmare), Gerald (Kenmare), and Brendan (Kildare), nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, and friends.
May his gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing at McGowan’s Funeral Home, Ballina Eircode F26 V274 on Wednesday evening 3rd April from 5.30 p.m. with removal at 7 o’clock to St Muredach’s Cathedral, Ballina.
Requiem Mass on Thursday morning at 11.30 a.m. 4th April with funeral proceeding to Leigue Cemetery, Ballina for burial.
