Gerardine Cusack nee Hopkins

Born in Rosbeg, near Westport, she lived in England and in Dublin most of her life – aged 105.

She is pre-deceased by her husband John and seven of her siblings.

Beloved mother of Linda, David and Michael, grandmother to Sean and Brendan in the U.S.A. loving sister to her surviving sibling, Eithne Collins and aunt to countless nieces and nephews.

Gerardine (Gerry) will be forever in our hearts. Thank you to the caring staff of the Ashford Nursing Home in Dun Laoghaire for looking after her in her final years.

Funeral arriving St. Mary's Church, Westport on Tuesday morning April 2nd at 10.30 for Funeral Mass at 11 o’clock. Burial afterwards in Aughaval Cemetery.
