Edward ‘Eddie’ Ditchburn,
Midfield, Swinford, Co. Mayo and Middlesbrough, Yorkshire - suddenly at Mayo University Hospital.
Eddie is predeceased by his parents Sheila and Edward and infant daughter Jacqueline.
Eddie will be sadly missed by his loving wife Patricia (nee Costello) and his sons Martin and Eddie, Martin’s partner Adrianna, sisters-in-law Kathleen, Mary and Carmel, brothers-in-law Eamonn and Martin, extended family members, neighbours and friends.
May his kind and gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing in Boland's Funeral Home, Swinford (F12K122) on Thursday evening, 23rd November from 5pm to 6pm with removal to St. Josephs Church, Midfield arriving at 6.30pm.
Funeral Mass on Friday, 24th November at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Midfield cemetery.
House Strictly Private please.

In 2008/2009 Eddie came to Cross N.S. and Cross Community Centre to coach table tennis. Under his guidance and tuition our teams won County, Provincial and All Ireland titles both in Schools and Community Games competitions.
Eddie was always patient and kind. He gave of his expertise willingly. Eddie will be fondly remembered for his good humour and wit. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis.

Deepest symparhy on the death of Eddie. We have fond memories of him training the kids all the skills of table tennis in Cross. He was so good with them. You are in our thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time.
