Attycunnane, Belmullet, Co. Mayo - peacefully, in the care of the wonderful staff at Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar, on the 8th of November, 2023.
Predeceased by his parents Anthony and Mary.
Adored husband of Sheila, much loved father to Orla (Ballaghadereen), Chris (Melbourne), Gráinne (Amsterdam), Mary (Tallaghan Ban), Bróna (Roy), and Emer (Tallagh). Much loved brother to Maura (Luton). Cherished grandfather to Holly, Eva, Tommy, Charlie, Alistair, Kate, Owen, Jack, Oliver, Julie, Maggie, Billy and Hannah. He will be deeply missed by his daughter in law Carmen, sons in law Fergal, Owen, Gordon and Liam, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, wonderful neighbours, relatives, many friends and former colleagues at Bord na Móna.

Chris's remains will be reposing at his residence in Attycunnane (F26 W5F2), on Friday, 10th of November, from 3pm to 6pm and on Saturday, 11th of November, from 3pm to 6pm. Removal from his residence on Sunday morning, 12th of November, at 9:30am to The Church of the Sacred Heart, Belmullet (F26 WT78), arriving for funeral Mass at 10:30am. Interment will take place afterwards in Glencastle New Cemetery.
