Bridget Ann Nettleton née Kilbane
Kendal, Cumbria and Cashel, Achill.
Always fondly known as Ann – a beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt and eldest daughter of Eamonn and Mary Kilbane, Cashel and Rotherham, Yorkshire.
Eamonn is formerly of Bleanaskill and Mary (née Masterson) is formerly of The Shore, Bunnacurry.
Ann passed away peacefully surrounded by her heartbroken family: husband Rick; cherished daughter and best friend Áine; parents Eamonn and Mary; and siblings John, Barbara, Jacqueline, Michael, and Anthony. Also survived by brother and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins, and a wide circle of friends and nursing colleagues in the UK and Guernsey.
Requiem Mass takes place at Holy Trinity & St George Catholic Church, 33 Blackhall Road, Kendal, CumbriaLA9 4BW at 12.15 pm, Monday 13th November 2023, followed by private committal at Beetham Hall Crematorium, and afterwards at Crooklands Hotel. Removal of ashes to Achill will take place on a later date.
No flowers but if desired, donations can be made to Breast Cancer Now in memory of Ann, via Sweeney's Funeral Home, Achill Sound.
