Martin McNicholas (better known as Mattie), Kilquire, Kilmaine, Co. Mayo, in his 97th year - 9^th August 2023.

Predeceased by his parents Annie and Michael, brothers John and Michael, sisters Bridie, Lily, Kathleen, Nan and Teresa, his son in law Seamus Keohane.

Mattie will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Lena, sons Michael and Martin, daughters Breeda, Eileen, Mary and Patricia, son in law Gregg, daughters in law Meg and Collette, his 10 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, wonderful neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

May his gentle soul Rest in Peace

Reposing at St. Joseph’s Funeral Home Ballinrobe on Thursday evening 10^th August from 6.30 to 8pm.

Funeral Cortége arriving to St. Patrick’s Church Kilmaine (F31 A348) on Friday morning (11^th August) for Requiem Mass at 10 o'clock with the funeral proceeding to Shannon Crematorium for private committal service at 2pm.

No flowers by request. Donations if desired to Palliative care c/o O’Malley Funeral Directors Ballinrobe.
