Mary O'Malley,

Ealing, London and formerly of Collacoon, Louisburgh, Co. Mayo - peacefully at home, following a brief illness, in the care of her family and nursing colleagues on April 20th 2023.

Predeceased by her parents Pakie & Kathleen (née Spain).

Deeply mourned and sadly missed by her loving brothers Anthony-John (Castlebar), Eugene (Newport), Pat & Joe (Collacoon), her beloved nieces & nephew Laura, Fiona, Stephaine, Morena, Katie & Scott, uncle Mikie Spain, aunt Carmel Spain, sisters-in-law, colleagues, extended O'Malley & Spain Families and a wide circle of friends.

May She Rest In Peace.

Mass of the Resurrection will take place at St. Benedict's Church, Ealing Abbey, Charlbury Grove, Ealing, London W5 2DY on Friday (April 28th) at 8.30pm. Mass can be viewed on Ealing Abbey Webcam.

Mary will lie in repose at Sweeney's Funeral Home, Louisburgh on Sunday (April 30th) from 6.00pm, with removal at 7.30pm walking to St. Patrick's Church, Louisburgh.

Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 12 noon, followed by interment in Kilgeever cemetery.

I am so sad to hear of Mary's passing, may she rest in peace. I knew her from helping the family to care for her parents as the public health nurse. Mary was unstinting in helping to ensure they both stayed in the home they loved all their days travelling home to Collacoon and caring for them both with all the love in the world. She was good humoured, kind, gentle and funny. We often reminisced about training to be nurses years ago and how change came to our lives as the years passed. She was a darling lady and a delight to work with. To all her family I sincerely sympathise with your loss, may you take comfort in knowing she is safe now with her Mam and Dad.
