Colm Forkan,

Tooreen, Ballyhaunis, Co Mayo - peacefully in Mayo University Hospital in his 91st year.

Predeceased by his wife Mary & their granddaughter Tara.

May they rest in peace.

Deeply regretted by his sons Padraic (Johnsfort, Swinford), Ciaran (Galway) & Cormac (Tubbercurry), daughters-in-law, grandchildren, his sister Úna NíGhabhláin (Castlebar), nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours & friends.

Colm will be reposing in his home in Tooreen (F35 CT98) on Friday from 3 o'clock until 8 o'clock.

Funeral arriving to St. Mary's Church, Tooreen on Saturday for Funeral Mass at 3 o'clock with the funeral proceeding to Aghamore Cemetery
